Our ethos challenges institutionalised oppression and discrimination towards people with a learning disability who have severe challenging behaviours and complex needs, focusing on the person, not the disability.

We are a user-focused service that supports people with complex needs in the community, helping individuals make choices and develop confidence within their home and the wider community.
